The Princess of Wales brings Awareness to Holistic Healthcare Upon Completion of Three Peaks Challenge

The Princess of Wales completed the Three Peaks challenge over the weekend.  The challenge involves a blend of driving and trekking through three of the highest mountain peaks in England, Scotland and Wales--Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa. The challenge areas cover 23 miles of walking distance along with a 462 mile drive between each peak.   The challenge is open to the public and many aim to walk to the summit of the peaks within 24 hours.  However, the trek is so grueling and extensive that only 40% of the individuals attempting the challenge are able to complete it within this timeframe.  It is recommended that individuals desiring to complete the Three Peaks Challenge engage in strength training over a period of eight to twelve weeks. Natural Immunity vs Vaccine Immunity: Who Really Fares Better?

Does natural immunity from having COVID-19 trump vaccine induced immunity?! A resounding YES!  Israeli researchers conducted a study comparing immunity of those who previously tested positive for Covid-19 against those who received the Pfizer/BionTech Covid-19 vaccine (Gazit et al., 2021).  The study was the largest study completed to compare natural immunity to vaccine induced immunity. Those who have recovered from the virus naturally were found to have lowered risk from contracting the Delta variant in comparison to those who received a 2 injection dose of the Pfizer-BionTech vaccine.  The Mu variant of the virus has recently entered society and it’s no secret that natural immunity offers better protection against the various variants than any vaccine.




If attempting to make a decision on whether you should receive the vaccine and you’ve already had COVID-19, there is certainly no need to do so.  Individuals who have received two doses of the Pfizer-Biontech vaccine are 13 times likelier to contract the Delta variant of COVID-19 than those unvaccinated who recovered from  Covid-19.  Prior to the issued emergency use authorization (EUA) of the various vaccines, close to 200 million people had successfully recovered from COVID-19 and this was simply a result of natural immunity working its process.  According to researchers of the study, natural immunity provides a much for extensive immune response to the SARS-COV-2 proteins that the response provided by the vaccine.  The complexity surrounding the immune response through natural immunity via B and T cell activity is not easily understood but the protection offered is much stronger and last much longer than vaccine induced immunity (Gazit et al., 2021).

Natural immunity isn’t solely more protective than the COVID-19 vaccine against the Delta and other variants, it also offers longer lasting protection than the various Covid-19 vaccines.  Currently, no study has confirmed the long term effectiveness that the Covid-19 vaccines and medical administrators are recommending booster shots to those who have been fully vaccinated. It’s a telling sign that vaccine induced immunity from the Covid-19 vaccines is waning. FDA Bans First FD&C Dye! Which Will be Next?

The FDA has moved to finally ban Red Dye No. 3 from use in food and drugs in America.  Red Dye No. 3 was first determined to be a cancer causing color additive almost 30 years ago.  Studies conducted using labs rats found that they became inflicted with the disease after consuming large amounts of Red dye No. 3.  Thirty years ago, the FDA officially banned Red Dye No. 3 from use in cosmetics but left the door open for it to be used as a color additive in food and prescription drugs.  By January 2027, the FDA has ordered that Red Dye No 3 must be removed from all food in the USA and by 2028--from all drugs.
