Meal Kits are Taking Over the USofA Who knew that prep (meal kit) and no prep (heat and eat) meal delivery services would eventually become the future?  When it comes to cooking, either you know how to do it or you do not.  If you fall into the latter category, you probably get by ordering out everyday or if you have the means, hire a private chef.  What I love most about meal delivery services is that it doesn't matter what category you fall into! If you don't know how to cook, you can most certainly learn through prep (meal kit) based meal delivery services.  On the other hand, if you are an experienced cook, prep and no prep delivery plans allow for the food experimenter to achieve the bliss of food diversity.  Eating the same foods over and over can get a bit boring!  If you're someone who loves to try new foods and recipes ALL the time, meal delivery services may be the route that you need to take.  Thanks to food delivery services such as Hello F...

Stop Live Animal Exportation: The Petition! SIGN NOW!

Folks, great things are happening here at the Green Lifestyle organization and we want to ensure that you're apart of it all! A few months ago, I premiered an article entitled "The problem with transnational animal livestock exportation." Just click that link to read it all about it!!!! I created a petition via change.org which I intend deliver (on behalf of the GLO organization) to the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards administration, Australia Parliament, Gulf Navigation Holdings, and the New Zealand government once the petition reaches at least 5000 signatures.

Well-- I hadn't checked the petition since it was created but I'm so happy to report that we are 1,966 signatures in!!! Will you help us here at Green Lifestyle to get the word out about live animal exportation? Please sign this petition now! I'm so elated today and I would like the momentum to continue. I can't express how grateful i am to see that so many of you share the same visions and passions as Green Lifestyle Organization.

FDA Bans First FD&C Dye! Which Will be Next?

The FDA has moved to finally ban Red Dye No. 3 from use in food and drugs in America.  Red Dye No. 3 was first determined to be a cancer causing color additive almost 30 years ago.  Studies conducted using labs rats found that they became inflicted with the disease after consuming large amounts of Red dye No. 3.  Thirty years ago, the FDA officially banned Red Dye No. 3 from use in cosmetics but left the door open for it to be used as a color additive in food and prescription drugs.  By January 2027, the FDA has ordered that Red Dye No 3 must be removed from all food in the USA and by 2028--from all drugs. 1800 Tequila is a spirit brand that has managed to create a diamond made from Mexican tequila. Their tequila is made in Tequila, Mexico using a traditional distillation process extracted from blue Weber agave. 1800 Tequila is known for its flavored tequilas such as coconut and a ñejo , an expression with rich butterscotch and vanilla notes. 1800 Tequila has diverged from their usual route of tequila production to enter the luxury jewelry scene. The unique 5.5 carat diamond was unveiled at this year’s Met Gala whose theme was centered around the Black Dandy expressionist form. The diamond was crafted into a brooch designed by Jonathan Raksha and was worn by actress and vocalist, Janelle Monae.
