Meal Kits are Taking Over the USofA Who knew that prep (meal kit) and no prep (heat and eat) meal delivery services would eventually become the future?  When it comes to cooking, either you know how to do it or you do not.  If you fall into the latter category, you probably get by ordering out everyday or if you have the means, hire a private chef.  What I love most about meal delivery services is that it doesn't matter what category you fall into! Gorgeously Green "Lost One" Video by Jazmine Sullivan

I had not known when I saw the video's premiere that Jazmine had been making some major lifestyle changes! the video was so attractive for the simple fact that she was surrounded by all that gorgeous greenery. Whose house is thaaaat!? I want to go! It has such a chill vibe. I loved the background the minute I saw it. It was definitely the perfect setting for this new song--Amazing harmonies, good singing, melodic tunes and plants make for an oh so good time!

So let's enjoy the greenery here in this video and kudos to J Sully for embarking on a new healthier lifestyle and not looking back! Forget what the haters and naysayers may say...

FDA Bans First FD&C Dye! Which Will be Next?

The FDA has moved to finally ban Red Dye No. 3 from use in food and drugs in America.  Red Dye No. 3 was first determined to be a cancer causing color additive almost 30 years ago.  Studies conducted using labs rats found that they became inflicted with the disease after consuming large amounts of Red dye No. 3.  Thirty years ago, the FDA officially banned Red Dye No. 3 from use in cosmetics but left the door open for it to be used as a color additive in food and prescription drugs.  By January 2027, the FDA has ordered that Red Dye No 3 must be removed from all food in the USA and by 2028--from all drugs. 1800 Tequila is a spirit brand that has managed to create a diamond made from Mexican tequila. Their tequila is made in Tequila, Mexico using a traditional distillation process extracted from blue Weber agave. 1800 Tequila is known for its flavored tequilas such as coconut and a ñejo , an expression with rich butterscotch and vanilla notes. 1800 Tequila has diverged from their usual route of tequila production to enter the luxury jewelry scene. The unique 5.5 carat diamond was unveiled at this year’s Met Gala whose theme was centered around the Black Dandy expressionist form. The diamond was crafted into a brooch designed by Jonathan Raksha and was worn by actress and vocalist, Janelle Monae.
