Remembering Arts Champion and Environmental Trailblazer, Robert Redford

Robert Redford passed away on the 17th day of September 2025 in his beloved home of Sundance, Utah. Redford was everyone’s favorite actor’s favorite actor.  He was a fixture in the world of Hollywood and an Academy Award winning actor and director whose work spanned many decades.  He has starred in notable films such as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969), The Great Gatsby (1974), The Sting (1974), Out of Africa (1985),  Indecent Proposal (1993), Avengers: Endgame (2019) as well as Broadway shows such as  Sunday in New York (1963) and  Barefoot in the Park (1963). While driving through Provo Canyon on a motorbike, Redford took in the scenery and instantly knew that he wanted to make a home there.  Always an avid lover of nature, Robert was mesmerized by the landscapes of Utah and sought to purchase more than 5,000 acres of land in Sundance while keeping the goals of preservation and conservation in mind. Green Festival Expo 2016 Review: In Harmony Naturals

I was happy to find a few cosmetic companies at Green Festival, NYC.  The next table that I stopped at was In Harmony, LLC.  They carry mineral makeup and skin care products.  The woman behind the table matched me to a foundation and I was surprised by how alluring it looked on my skin.  This foundation is definitely buildable in  light-medium coverage.  I have used it as a finishing powder for counteracting the shine from my liquid foundation.  When you open the foundation, you’ll see the holes that allow for the minerals to come out.  Using your mineral makeup brush, you just shake the product slightly and sweep your brush against the opening and apply it to your face.  It offers a nice, matte finish. The price was $35. The pecan shade is a little darker than what I expected after doing a full face.  I’d recommend In Harmony design a shade between pecan and walnut.


The other product that I purchased from In Harmony Naturals is a lavender body butter.  It claims to replenish cracked and dry skin.  I’ve been using it since I purchased and I’m happy to report that it does just that!  It is very moisturizing to the skin as well as being calming and soothing.  It has really great ingredients to ease effects associated with conditions like eczema.  Some of the ingredients are aloe leaf juice, lavender distillate, mango seed butter, shea butter, and evening primrose oil! It’s a great butter, however it is a bit pricy at $35 for 4 oz.


In Harmony Naturals products are toxin free, paraben free and utilize no synthetic fragrances or dyes.

PETA Protester Confronts Pharrell Williams During Film Premiere

A protester from the organization, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), disrupted a speech being given by Pharrell Williams at a Biopic Premiere in Toronto.  She rushed the stage with a white sign in her hand that read:  Pharrell: Stop Supporting Killing Animals for Fashion.  Pharrell was in Toronto to support his LEGO biopic entitled, Piece by Piece.   The protester directed a number of statements towards Pharrell and the audience concerning his role as men's creative director at Louis Vuitton.   "Your Louis Vuitton collection … Pharrell’s collection is made from their blood,” the protester shouted to the audience. “Pharrell stop torturing animals! Ostriches are being hung upside down, electrocuted with their necks slit.”   PETA is petitioning Louis Vuitton to stop abusing animals and using their bodily materials for the purpose of fashion creation.  During the protest, Pharrell made a pause during his speech and outright...

Nikocado Avocado Woke up 250lbs Lighter! Vegan Again?!

The Mukbang king, Nikocado Avocado, broke his 7 month silence after uploading a video to his channel last night.   He first appeared in the video wearing a big Panda head mask.  Beyond that gigantic panda mask, there was something noticeably different about Nick!   There was a super thin body under the mask!  Could this be a clone of Nikocado?  Is this really the same person who would down several cheeseburgers, nuggets, stuffed tacos and huge plates of noodles in one sitting?  Nikocado is the self proclaimed mukbang king of the internet and with that title came loads of weight gain.
