Meal Kits are Taking Over the USofA Who knew that prep (meal kit) and no prep (heat and eat) meal delivery services would eventually become the future?  When it comes to cooking, either you know how to do it or you do not.  If you fall into the latter category, you probably get by ordering out everyday or if you have the means, hire a private chef.  What I love most about meal delivery services is that it doesn't matter what category you fall into! If you don't know how to cook, you can most certainly learn through prep (meal kit) based meal delivery services.  On the other hand, if you are an experienced cook, prep and no prep delivery plans allow for the food experimenter to achieve the bliss of food diversity.  Eating the same foods over and over can get a bit boring!  If you're someone who loves to try new foods and recipes ALL the time, meal delivery services may be the route that you need to take.  Thanks to food delivery services such as Hello F...

Beyonce puts Veganism on Top with New Vegan Diet Delivery Service

Everyone wants to know what this smooth-singing, high-riffing star does to stay in shape. Well, veganism just may have a great part to play in maintaining the star's fantastic bod! Beyonce and Jay-Z made headlines when they embarked on a 22 day vegan journey in the winter of 2013, with the help of their trainer, Marcos Borges. Beyonce shared pictures of yummy vegan meals that she and her husband ate via her instagram page.

The 22 Days Nutrition Vegan diet was born out of the concept that it takes 21 days to continue or discontinue a habit, and by the 22nd day, a person will be well on their way to adopting the newly found lifestyle.
"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example," says Beyonce.
"He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him" she expressed.
Beyonce's decision to become more health conscious and influence others about healthy living, led her to partner with her trainer to launch the 22 Days Nutrition Vegan Diet delivery service. Borges, an exercise physiologist, daily shows people how they can transform their lives through exercise and specialized nutrition programs.
"We all know the importance and value of eating plant-based foods but often times find ourselves trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness. The Vegan Meal Delivery program makes it easier to reset your habits with healthy and delicious plant-based foods" says Borges.

Those who choose to purchase the service have three options to choose from -- a one, two or three meal per day plan. This is a more flexible option for the individual who desires to slowly adapt to the lifestyle. The price point for the 1 meal per day plan varies between $78.40-$326.70 depending on the duration that is chosen. The three meal per day plan ranges from $106.40 - $609.84.
At these price points, we'd hope that the meals are 100% organic. Thankfully, they are indeed. The meals in the vegan delivery program are all dairy free, gluten free, soy free and plant based. A typical daily menu might include an almond berry breakfast loaf, Southern black beans and vegetables, and St. and Martin veggies and quinoa.
We can't vouch for the taste yet but the dishes all look pretty appeasing and tantalizing. We here at Simply Natural Solutions, know the benefits that can be had from eating a plant based diet. As a long time fan-girl of Queen Bey, she gets two thumbs up for striving to be a health conscious individual and for enlarging the pathway for others to embark on a journey towards health and wellness.
